Please understand that Full Payment for Dog Training Classes, Puppy Training Classes, Agility Classes, 1-1 Training Sessions, Teeth Cleaning Appointments and Daycare or Retreat bookings are non refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of the service starting.

 

Deposits paid for all services are non refundable once a booking has been made and confirmed.

Regrettably we cannot offer discounts or refunds to cover your booked holidays, sickness, or inability to attend. We need to offer a continuity of service that is fair to all. When you book a place, you are securing your place and not your attendance. By paying your full course fees you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out in this message and any subsequent forms or correspondence.
